Payroll Process Transformation Lead is to drive the end-to-end transformation of our payroll operations. The candidate must have extensive experience in shared services environments, payroll background and project management experience. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of leading cross-functional teams to enhance payroll efficiency, compliance, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of payroll process transformation initiatives across EU market.
- Analyze current payroll processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement best market practices and automation opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance payroll accuracy, timeliness, and associate satisfaction.
- Partner with local finance teams to align payroll workflows and reporting standards
- Gather, validate, and translate local payroll and time & attendance requirements into process changes (gaps identification)
- Ensure consistency in projects delivery across countries by working closely with payroll teams and stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll operations, with at least 3 years in a shared services/BPO environment
- Proven track record of leading payroll process transformation projects and vendor change management
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, compliance requirements, and global payroll practices.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a matrix organization and manage cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with payroll technology implementations and automation initiatives is a plus.
