Master Data Functional Expert

THE JOB

The role owns the deployment of the process standards for Master Data (Finished Goods, Raws, Packs, Customers, Vendors) in the E2E Supply Chain. As the Master Data / System & Processes guardian the role provides expert functional support to their stakeholder community such that the business can operate smoothly.

The role also takes the lead for agreed business change projects.

KEY OUTPUTS

In this role you will:

• Take part of projects where Masterdata are part of the scope and lead this key part of the project.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Functional Analyst and Key-Users to support projects success.
• Deploy the Master Data standard across our European Business through leading Business Process assessments (BPAT) & leading the follow up with Key Users to remove all Not at Foundation processes at each site.
• Collaborate with the Master Data Stewards in the team to support and develop defined Key User community.
• Drive efficiency with Mars IT support team(s) to deliver effective resolution of technical problems within SLA's and a stable platform
• Provide appropriate Functional training to site Key Users
• Develop suitable "user qualification" initially for site Key users
• Be accountable to maintain the documentation of the functional Master Data Processes and support system transactions.
• Assess local CIP requests and propose enhancement of the process standard to the Data Manager where change is beneficial.
• Own and deliver approved small / medium size projects for the area of Master Data.
