The role operates across all regions (Latam, NA, Asia, ANZ, Europe), partnering with peers in the IT organization to develop and deploy robust and sustainable new IT capabilities.
Role brings in external/best practice insights & trends from IT vendors and peer companies to influence and drive business transformation at scale for Mars.
It partners very closely with Business Supply Chain Planning Teams: process owners, product owners and functional experts (Global and Regional).
It partners very closely with regions IT Supply Chain Planning leads on new IT capabilities and deployment.
It partners closely with IT 3rd party development teams and IT consultants.

- Project Management and Product Management experience on Global IT solutions
- Functional knowledge depth in Supply Chain Planning, in particular (ideally exposed to IT solution OMP)
- Proven track record to get things done in a matrixed organization and influencing/leading without authority.
- Worked in a multi-region Team with potentially conflicting needs/views and the ability to navigate a complex organizational landscape
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and manage multiple priorities/dimensions in parallel
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Ensure a very close and strong relationship with the IT Delivery teams (internally or externally (DevOps)), providing insight, guidance, and steering on topics related to the functional domain and ensuring a well formed investment profile across the end to end functional domain.
- Leading and overseeing regional Projects, be escalation point (for resolution) on topics raised by active implementation projects.
- Responsible with Regions for product delivery of all projects within the portfolio,
- Responsible for the Global Product implementation Roadmap.
- Escalation points for technical risks in projects and develop mitigation strategies.
- Responsible to share learning/resolutions across projects/regions
- Responsible for the overall financial due diligence of the investments governed and prioritized on the roadmap. Play an active role in ensuring financial processes are followed and full transparency is integrated.
- Responsible for active stakeholder engagement and management across the functional domain steering groups and senior sponsors of new capability.
- Lead technical discussions and presentations to non-technical stakeholders
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
