Thus, we are actively seeking a Global Integration Lead to join our team and spearhead this incredible journey. This role offers an opportunity to play a pivotal part in shaping our future and crafting an extraordinary experience for our partners and associates.
Reporting to the Senior Ecosystem Architect, this role centers around enabling seamless integration and data exchange across applications in the customer and Lead-to-Cash domain. This integration approach will enable to maintain Corporate standards, make the most of Composable architecture, while facilitating Data as a Product strategy, in a context of products deployed across 56 markets, through our Regional Deployment teams.
What are we looking for?
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies such as middleware platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Azure, BizTalk, SAP BTP and CPI) and API management tools (e.g., Azure API Management, Anypoint Platform, etc.). Proficiency in integration patterns, protocols and standards such as REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, Event-driven, etc.,
- Appreciation of the importance of analytical thinking, problem-solving, and fostering effective collaboration and stakeholder relationships,
- Analytical skills with ability to analyse system architectures, data flows, and integration requirement to identify integration patterns, data mapping requirements, and integration points,
- Strong collaboration skills, with an ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, resolve conflicts to ensure alignment and cooperation throughout the integration process.
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Overall, your responsibilities consist in overseeing and coordinate the integration activities between systems, applications and IT products in the Omni-Lead2Cash area. You will have to ensure cohesive, reliable, and performing integration supporting creation of business value
- Integration Strategy: You will be responsible for defining the integration strategy for the Omni-L2C domain, including identifying integration requirements, selecting appropriate integration technologies and platforms, and establishing integration standards and best practices, in collaboration with our Enterprise Integration Hub,
- Systems and Applications Integration: You'll oversee the integration of disparate systems, applications, and data sources, such as CRM and ERP systems, and 3rd Party applications. This to streamline business processes and workflows. This may involve configuring middleware platforms, manage APIs integration, synchronization to enable real-time or batch data integration, and other integration tools and technologies, with support of 3rd party. You will manage the integration of cloud-based applications and data with on-premises systems and other cloud services, both new and legacy systems. This may involve implementing cloud integration platforms, managing cloud APIs, and ensuring data security and compliance,
- Performance Optimization and Monitoring: You will optimize integration processes and workflows for performance, scalability, and reliability. You will establish monitoring and alerting mechanisms to track the health and performance of integrations in real-time. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting integration issues, diagnosing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and disruptions,
- Documentation and training: You will document integration processes, configurations, and dependencies to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure continuity. You may also provide training and support to end-users and IT staff to enable them to effectively use and manage integrated systems and data.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners, to gather integration requirements, prioritize integration projects, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
