Location: Sochaczew

As a Floating Activity Expert, you will play a crucial role in driving efficient project execution and resource management across our sites. This role empowers you to be at the heart of continuous improvement, collaborating across teams to deliver impactful results that support our mission to create a better world for pets and people alike.

What would be your key responsibilities?

  • Lead local cross-functional Activity Task Groups (ATGs) to ensure seamless project delivery and robust communication across functions from project initiation to post-launch review.
  • Act as the key interface between regional and site teams, managing feasibility checks, risk mitigation, and escalation of issues to support site simplification and operational excellence.
  • Drive continuous improvement by coordinating site activity training, tracking KPIs, and implementing best practices in project management processes and tools.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams including Brand Managers, Project Managers, and Masterdata Experts to share knowledge, standardize ways of working, and enhance efficiency.
  • Own and co-pilot new processes and tools related to site activity, fostering innovation and excellence in project execution.

What are we looking for?

  • You hold a University or University of Applied Science degree with strong expertise in project and process management.
  • You have proven facilitation skills and a sound understanding of business processes, ideally with experience in activity management tools such as QuEST (Quality, Effectiveness, Speed & Transparency) or PPM.
  • You communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
  • You are proactive, collaborative, and possess excellent communication skills that enable you to engage effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • You thrive in a dynamic environment, demonstrating accountability, customer focus, and a results-driven mindset.
