Job Purpose / Role Summary:
As an Activity Leader for Mars Pet Nutrition Querétaro, you will coordinate and drive end-to-end project execution across 8 to 20 cross-functional projects simultaneously, ranging in scope and complexity. From the initial project launch through to tracking point-of-sales performance, you will ensure seamless execution, adherence to standard governance frameworks, timely delivery of key milestones, and effective stakeholder alignment.
What are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination, activity management, supply chain, or operations (preferably within the FMCG / CPG or Petcare industry).
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies, roadmapping, and milestone tracking.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of cross-functional team integration across R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
- Solid problem-solving capabilities to handle non-routine challenges, apply sound judgment, and propose process improvements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to facilitate alignment, resolve conflicts, and guide project teams.
- Intermediate to advanced English and Spanish communication skills (written and spoken).

What will be your key responsibilities?
- Project Coordination & Delivery: Lead and execute day-to-day project activities aligned with established roadmaps for 8-20 projects from launch through to post-launch/point-of-sale performance tracking.
- Governance & Progress Tracking: Track project progress, maintain comprehensive project documentation, and prepare accurate status reports covering scope, timing, and resources for governance forums.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders (R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, Marketing, Sales, Logistics) to proactively resolve roadblocks, align priorities, and maintain strict adherence to quality and operational standards.
- Process & Change Management: Facilitate change initiatives, optimize standard operating procedures, and recommend actionable solutions to improve delivery efficiency.
- Informal Team Leadership: Allocate and coordinate project task execution, monitor deliverable quality, and serve as an informal resource/mentor for peer team members.
