3 weeks ago London, United Kingdom

About Us

MarketAxess is on a journey to digitally transform one of the world’s largest financial markets, enabling the shift from analog, phone-based trading to a fully electronic marketplace. Why does this matter? Because our platform makes trading fixed-income more accessible, ultimately improving transparency, efficiency, and competition in the marketplace. Changing the way an established industry transacts is no easy feat. There will be twists and turns, because no one’s ever done this before. But now, more than 2,000 clients around the world rely on our solutions, and that number is only expected to grow in the years ahead. We know where we’re going. How we get there is up to us. Join us and help Take Us There.

The Role

The Product Management function defines the strategic vision, manages the technical delivery, and then helps to bring to market new products. This process includes continuous collaboration with MarketAxess’ technology and sales organisations, as well as our clients, to ensure our products are fit for purpose, and that we stay ahead of developments in our markets. The Senior Product Associate works with Product Managers in prioritizing features for development, creating user stories, and ensuring open communication across all stakeholders. As a Senior Product Associate, you'll help shape the next generation of our fixed income trading platform. You’ll work closely with technical and business teams to drive product development, support client adoption, and ensure delivery of high quality, data driven solutions. In addition, you will play a key role in exploring and evaluating appropriate AI use cases within the product, identifying opportunities where AI can enhance workflows, improve decision‑making, or unlock new capabilities for clients.

The individual will also represent the scrum team, when needed, to internal/external stakeholders, leaders, and other teams to ensure alignment by providing feedback to the program on enhancements. The Senior Product Associate champions change and effectively manages the implementation of new ideas, with the ability to align and motivate a team to achieve objectives in a fast paced environment.
