Senior Product Associate, Automated Trading - Credit

The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Associate to join our Automated Trading team with a focus on Credit. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with sales, engineering, quantitative research, QA, and trade support to shape, deliver, and launch high impact trading capabilities. You will guide features from concept to production, ensuring they are delivered with precision, stability, and market leading quality. 

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast moving, highly technical environment and enjoys the challenge of sitting at the center of a tightly integrated, high-performing, cross-functional team. 

How You'll Help Take Us There

• Translate business, client, and trading needs into clear, actionable requirements. 
• Lead the delivery of complex, cross system automated trading features from planning through production by acting as the central point of alignment across engineering, quant, QA, sales, and support. 
• Own and refine the product backlog to ensure the highest value work stays front and center. 
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and release sequencing across teams to keep execution on track. 
• Anticipate edge cases and downstream system impacts before they surface. 
• Protect production stability by managing release readiness, gating deployments, and partnering closely with QA and engineering. 
• Support inflight releases and collaborate with technical teams to mitigate delivery risks. 
• Participate in structured testing and release protocols that strengthen reliability and modernize the platform. 
• Help track KPIs to measure product performance, value, and ROI. 

What We’re Looking for  

• 3+ years in product, project, or business analysis roles. 
• Knowledge of credit markets and trading.  
• Strong technical fluency, including SQL, APIs, and FIX message comprehension. 
• Comfort working across engineering, quant, QA, and business stakeholders. 
• Strong prioritization skills in high‑pressure delivery environments. 
• Passion for market structure, and trading technology. 
• Ability to leverage GenAI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or equivalent) to accelerate product development. 
• Attention to detail, proactivity, humility and a high degree of curiosity.

For job positions in NYC, NY, and other locations where required, the estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $120,000 USD to $155,000 USD. Actual salary may vary depending on job-related factors, which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. You may also be eligible for annual cash incentives, equity, and other benefit programs.
