About the Job: 

LuckyTruck is looking for Transportation Insurance Specialists who are passionate about helping small trucking companies have a better insurance experience. Our process allows for more time advising the customer rather than manually processing information for the customer. 

We are looking for candidates who have an independent, self-starter mindset, can manage a quota, and also be involved in thinking through ways to improve the customer experience. 

The environment is fast-paced but very rewarding with a nice culture with a lot of month-over-month internal growth. We also have incredible investors, advisors, and a team-oriented, customer-centric culture. 

Scope & Responsibilities: 

● Managing a sales quota 

● Receiving internally provided leads and maintaining referral sources 

● Advising small trucking companies on risk and insurance strategies tailored to their specific needs 

● Constant learning and changing processes that will help generate leads 

● Willingness to adapt to a face pace environments 

Qualifications:

● 3+ years of P&C experience in commercial truck insurance (preferred) 

● Ability to learn how to use new technology tools 

● Team-centered approach Goal-oriented and open to growth 

● An analytical mind, focused on solving problems 

● Excellent communication 

● Teamwork skills 

● Active Property and Casualty Insurance License (preferred)
