Your Impact

The Sr Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large cross-functional and/or highly complex products. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlogs for a product group while

prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. Finally, this role identifies and manages projects with a high level of autonomy. The role manages multiple product designs at any given time while partnering closely with the business to understand pain points and develop the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Owns the vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmap for a major domain within the EVA product. Ensures alignment with organizational OKRs, Finance modernization goals and stakeholder priorities.
  • Partners with Finance, Merchandising, Engineering and Data teams to define feature requirements, workflows and system behaviours across program setup, allowance calculation engines, adjustments, audits, collections, and downstream integrations.
  • Translates financial rules, accounting flows, and cross-system constraints into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and design requirements.
  • Leads Agile ceremonies for the team. Ensures clarity, prioritization, and feasibility of features; proactively unblocks engineering.
  • Communicates roadmap decisions, trade-offs, and progress to leadership, partner teams, and stakeholders.
  • Defines and measures product KPIs.
  • Drives end-to-end collaboration across multiple engineering teams.
  • Conducts competitive and industry research to identify opportunities for process automation, improved UI/UX and finance-tech innovation.
  • Builds deep product expertise and serves as the subject matter authority for EVA within Lowe's Finance Technology organization.
  • Partners with UX to define intuitive, workflow-driven experiences for accountants and auditors.
  • Leads go-to-market planning for new features, ensuring adoption, training readiness and communication with impacted business teams.
  • Uses analytics and data insights to drive prioritization, identify defects or process gaps and continuously improve product performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 5 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
  • 3 years of experience in product and/or experience management
  • Experience in an agile software environment with strong writing ability
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
  • Primary Skills (Must Have)

    Strategic Thinking - Ability to define long-term product vision and translate into executable, iterative roadmaps aligned to enterprise objectives.

    Customer Obsession - Deep empathy for user groups-including accountants, merchants, business partners, and auditors-with a focus on simplifying complex workflows.

    Cross-Functional Leadership - Builds strong relationships across Finance, Merchandising, Engineering, Data and Operations.

    Data-Informed Decision-Making - Uses product analytics, financial impact and process metrics to guide prioritization and evaluate outcomes.

    Execution Excellence - Strong ability to manage complexity, break down ambiguous requirements, create clarity and drive delivery across multiple teams.

Preferred Skills/Education

  • Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
