The Senior Director, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) serves as a strategic leader responsible for advancing the organization's integrated risk and resilience framework. The position is responsible for assisting in the implementation, and ongoing improvement and support, of the Enterprise-wide Risk Management ("ERM") program, including risk identification, analysis, mitigation, tracking and reporting. The goal of ERM is to provide a framework for decision-making that ensures business risks associated with achieving our performance goals are identified, assessed and considered at a corporate level, and in a consistent manner, resulting in informing our strategies for meeting our performance goals. The ERM Director role requires a strong knowledge of the company/industry combined with the ability to effectively implement change across an organization. The Senior Director is accountable for driving a unified approach that strengthens the organization's ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from business disruptions. This includes embedding business continuity and crisis management capabilities into the broader risk management strategy to support informed decision-making and long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Designs and evolves enterprise risk management frameworks, processes, tools, and templates to embed risk awareness and accountability across business units and regions.
• Architects and drives the enterprise risk strategy in collaboration with executive leadership to ensure risk planning supports long-term business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Provides subject matter expertise and support for senior leaders to execute their risk management responsibilities
• Develops and maintains enterprise-wide risk monitoring and reporting structures, including dashboards, risk registers, and documentation to provide transparency and consistency in risk management practices.
• Directs and integrates enterprise risk activities with Internal Audit, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Business Continuity, and other governance functions to maintain a coordinated, enterprise-wide approach to risk management.
• Directs the monitoring and analyzing of risks within the company's business units and ensures alignment to company strategy and risk mitigation efforts
• Guides and oversees the identification of key enterprise risks across markets and functions to proactively surface vulnerabilities and uncover opportunities for performance improvement.
• Delivers executive-level risk reporting and insights to the Chief Legal Officer, executive leadership team, and Board of Directors to align risk posture with strategic initiatives and governance expectations.
• Synthesizes emerging legal, regulatory, and industry risk trends to define forward-looking risk strategies and shape best practices across the enterprise.
• Regularly reports to executive management and the Board of Directors on enterprise risk for our executives and the Board of Directors
• Directs the Enterprise Risk Council (ERC) composed of senior leaders to prioritize and align enterprise risk responses with business strategy.
• Leads cross-regional risk governance, including ERC subcommittees in India and Canada, to ensure global consistency and strategic alignment in risk oversight.
• Builds, mentors, and leads a high-performing team of enterprise risk and business continuity professionals to scale enterprise risk capabilities and develop future risk leadership.
• Directs enterprise risk deep dives with business leaders and senior management to evaluate critical risks and architect targeted mitigation strategies.

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree Business, Finance, Economics, Risk Management or Related field 11-15 Years Experience in Risk Management or related function
• 8-10 Years overseeing, supporting and/or establishing an ongoing ERM process for a S&P 500 company
• 5-7 Years Cross functional leadership
• 5-7 Years Managing Strategic and emerging risks

Preferred Qualifications:
• ARM, FRM, MBA or relevant graduate degrees
• 5-7 Years Executive level risk reporting and analytics and mitigation planning
