The contributions will facilitate the smooth execution of digital commerce initiatives, from planning to implementation, and help identify opportunities for optimization. Through strong analytical abilities and effective communication, the Sr Analyst will shape future digital strategies by presenting analysis and recommendations to key stakeholders.

What You Will Do

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for analyzing data by monitoring and analyzing digital commerce key performance indicators, researching competitive intelligence, and identifying opportunities for optimization in Content Strategy and Item governance.
  • Develop comprehensive plans for digital commerce initiatives, considering timelines and risk assessment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and align different stakeholders involved in digital category projects, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities, providing necessary documentation and resources, and facilitating effective communication.
  • Identify potential risks associated with digital category initiatives and develop contingency plans, monitoring progress and mitigating challenges as they arise.
  • Assist with the implementation of digital category plans and strategies, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks, and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may hinder execution.
  • Create dashboards, reports, and presentations to share insights with key stakeholders and leadership, guiding decision-making processes.
  • Support the manager and lead analyst in project planning and ongoing optimizations by coordinating cross-functional activities and deliverables.
  • Address run-the-business issues and support solutioning escalations from more junior team members.
  • Create standards, guidelines, and statements of direction to track quality, availability, and applicability of data in their respective area.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations, computer science, or related field or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
  • 5- 7 years of experience in online/retail merchandising or business operations
  • Direct or indirect leadership experience

Pay Range: $72,400.00 - $120,900.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
