Your Impact
The primary responsibility of this role is to support the Marketing Manager and Marketing lead by develop and implement marketing tactics that support the overall marketing strategy and vision. This individual assists the achievement of key business objectives, coordinates across marketing and across the organization to bring tactics to life across an omni-channel platform inclusive of multiple marketing channels. The Sr. Marketing Analyst has responsibility for aligning the Marketing priorities with key stakeholders and "activation partners" and builds consumer messaging in order to drive traffic and sales. This individual also demonstrates the ability to be a self-starter, create process and new steps from start to finish and requires minimal input to bring a marketing tactic to market. He/she also understands consumer motivations, media trends and competitive trends and makes informed recommendations to the marketing team and key stakeholders around how to drive traffic and deliver total company KPIs.

What You Will Do
- Assists in the development and advancement of Lowe's marketing strategy by crafting and delivering marketing tactics on time and on budget to ensure that project results are in line with corporate expectations
- Designs and implements processes that solve complex organizational problems from start to finish with limited input; ability to self-start and self-motivate themselves and cross functional team members
- Collaborates cross-functionally to make efficient use of the organization capabilities and to maximize ROI
- Manages multiple projects and stakeholders to prioritize projects with the most impact on operational goals; helps to influence decisions across the organization to drive consumer relevance and engagement
- Interprets financial data and understands the implications to the business to assist the Marketing Manager and Marketing lead with the development of a viable Marketing strategy and tactics
- Reviews competitive market data across marketing channels to influence future project work
- Requires understanding of each channel (mass and digital) and an evolving knowledge of channels consumers interface with regularly which shifts day to day
- Indirect oversight of marketing budget for programs; responsible for delivering projects across the organization on time, on budget and on brand
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications and Marketing or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
- 1 Year Experience in Marketing or related field
Preferred Skills/Education
- Experience in the Retail industry
