Lead Product Manager - AI Companion

The Lead Product Manager owns the vision and strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for large, cross-functional and/or highly complex products that often span multiple product groups. Responsibilities include defining the roadmap as well as planning and managing products and product features through the product development process. This role manages the product backlogs for one or more product groups while prioritizing work and making product-related decisions based on the needs and expectations of customers and stakeholders. This role identifies and manages projects with a high level of autonomy. The Lead Product Manager manages multiple product designs at any given time while partnering closely with the business to understand challenges and develop the go-to-market strategy.

- Owns the end-to-end success of a product or suite of products, driving strategy, execution, and continuous improvement while setting enterprise standards for usability, feasibility, and innovation.
- Defines the product vision, long-term roadmap, and OKRs in partnership with business and technology leaders; leverages data and insights to align cross-functional teams and deliver measurable user and business value.
- Leads cross-domain journey mapping and user experience alignment, ensuring cohesive workflows and driving innovation to accelerate product development and reusability.
- Lead cross-functional pods (Engineering, AI Platform, UX, and Business Leads) to prototype and validate new agentic workflows before enterprise scale-up.
- Establish feedback telemetry and continuous improvement pipelines to balance 10% incremental enhancements with 10x innovation use cases
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, engineering, communications, or related field or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in two or more of the following: project management, product management, business analysis, program management, experimentation, or product marketing
- 5 years of experience in product and/or experience management
- Experience in an agile software environment with proficiency in product marketing and strong writing ability
- Experience working cross-functionally in a large organization with senior leadership
- Experience translating data into quantifiable actions/deliverables
Preferred Skills/Education
- Master's degree in business administration or similar advanced degree or equivalent experience
- Experience providing guidance and direction to cross-functional resources
- Demonstrated experience leading AI or LLM-powered product initiatives (e.g., conversational AI, enterprise search, or workflow automation).
- Familiarity with enterprise knowledge graph design, agentic orchestration, or AI marketplace ecosystems.
- Proven ability to translate user telemetry and qualitative feedback into roadmap prioritization for products with 10K+ active users.
- Experience working in hybrid AI/ML and enterprise SaaS environments, preferably across Office 365, Confluence, Jira, or PowerBI connectors.

Pay Range: $111,600.00 - $212,000.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
