The Lead Consultant Digital Business Planning partners with leaders to develop the digital business plan and corresponding plans to drive growth for a multi-billion-dollar channel. The Lead works closely with Tech, Digital and cross-functional partners, serving as an advisor on current and future digital initiatives. The Lead creates materials for the strategic planning process, Board updates, Officer meetings, Monthly Business Reviews, competitive analysis, and capability gap evaluations. Collaborates with digital leaders and experts to evaluate business opportunities through competitive analysis, financial analysis, market analysis, performance analysis, and strategic fit.

What You Will Do
- Monitors Lowe's digital performance and performs competitive intelligence, consumer research, financial analysis, benchmarking, and business planning to identify new digital opportunities and bring recommendations to the Digital leadership team
- Works closely and collaborates with Technology, Finance, Merchandising, Customer Insights, Analytics, Marketing, Stores, Supply Chain, and Corporate Strategy teams to complete projects and optimize the customer's digital experience.
- Partners with the Data & Analytics team to understand various metrics and trends, driving towards actionable insights and provides input and recommendations on the needs of Digital Business Planning.
- Brings innovative ideas and concepts to improve the digital business based on internal and external data insights and market reviews.
- Leads and facilitates digital updates, providing visibility into business performance for Digital and cross functional leadership.
- Partner with Digital Communications team to ensure Digital business team is well-represented in the broader Tech and Home Improvement communities (e.g., conferences, publications).
- Autonomously drives and shares digital insights to address complex digital problems or improve functionality on lowes.com through benchmarking, customer research, monitoring of competitive landscape and industry trends
- Collaborates with digital leaders and experts to evaluate business opportunities through competitive analysis, financial analysis, market analysis, performance analysis, and understanding of technology platforms and strategic fit
- Develops impactful, succinct, presentations to drive alignment and communicate Digital team's key priorities, trends, and business needs
- Lead and facilitate Digital Monthly Business Review process for Digital Team and Cross Functional teams, coordinating content and action items/follow-ups
- Partner with Customer Insights team and Tech team on tactics to improve digital customer's likelihood to recommend Lowes.com
Minimum Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Strategy, or a similar field or equivalent work experience
- 7 years Finance and/or Strategic role in a corporate environment with a retail or consumer products company(ies)
- 2 years Consulting with a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (including PowerPoint and Excel)

Pay Range: $98,200.00 - $164,000.00 annually Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
