Director, Digital Portfolio Management
Your Impact
The Director, Digital Portfolio Management works closely with senior leadership across functions to create a customer driven Omni-Channel strategy to deliver a best-in-class online experience on Lowes.com while establishing and maintaining meaningful and efficient cross functional partnerships with 14+ teams throughout the organization. Specifically, this role partners closely with all cross functional leadership by leveraging customer data, site behaviors, pre/post-transaction data and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities to improve the Omni-Channel customer experience. Additional key stakeholders in this role include SEO, Product Management, Navigation, and Execution leadership to drive the Online sales growth to meet enterprise and online targets year after year. The Director will lead a team of program managers to produce weekly insights and cross functional deliverables in order to drive the digital experience strategy. The Director, Digital Portfolio Management is responsible for leading, developing, managing a top performing team to drive efficiency for the customer, and deliver revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in creation of Digital Strategy for Lowes.com and deliver digital experience strategy via aggregation of insights, competitive intelligence, and data driven recommendations that addresses customer gaps to ensure they come in on-time and in-scope.
• Regularly present insights and recommendations to cross functional senior leaders (VPs, SVPs) to guide future digital strategies for Lowes.com
• Train and develop team to analyze customer information to identify the most significant opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Synthesize project management calendar to deliver goals for assigned Merchandising Division, align with Sr Director and share with cross functional teams so they can use in creating their calendars.
• In partnership with SVP and VP, leverage corporate and department goals to create actionable and measurable goals for the team to then benchmark against for year end evaluations.
• Provide continuous and open feedback and mentorship to team members to encourage their growth, assist them in learning new tools, skills and techniques, and take on greater responsibility
• Examine and streamlines work flows and processes within the team to increase efficiency
• Provides tactical support specific to in season opportunities to react to near term business trends and drivers
• Partner with merchandising and drop ship teams to maximize new launches through search, navigation and product detail page optimization.
• Lead team to deliver 60-80 projects in a year
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field 8 years of experience in business, including 4+ years managing projects/programs. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement.
• 8 years of experience working on and/or managing project(s) involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, process management, organizational change)
• 6 years of experience developing project Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) / User Stories used to create project schedules and estimates
• Experience managing operational or project/program financial budgets and leading project teams
Preferred Skills/Education

• Master's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or related field 6 years of experience in project/program planning and coordination and working on projects/programs requiring the integration of cross-functional business solutions
• 3 years of experience using formal business process improvement methodologies
• Project Management Institute (PMI)
• other project/program management certification
