Reporting to the Product Lead for Enterprise Products, the Product Manager will support the strategic evolution of Lincoln Center's commerce platforms, including ticketing, donations, memberships, and patron accounts. This role focuses on improving how audiences and donors discover events, complete transactions, manage their relationships with Lincoln Center, and engage over time.
You will collaborate across business units to design, optimize, and implement features that advance Digital Experience strategic initiatives such as growing and understanding our audience, increasing revenue, and connecting the campus through unified systems and data.
The ideal candidate is curious and enthusiastic, with a drive to improve user experience through thoughtful, well-designed digital products. This person brings strong product instincts, analytical and technical rigor, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with commerce, CRM, and revenue systems. This role is highly cross-functional and sits at the intersection of digital experience, technology, operations, and data.
What You'll Do:
- Partner with revenue-generating teams, including Ticketing, Fundraising, Marketing and Guest Experience, to identify opportunities that improve conversion, audience growth and retention, donor engagement, patron satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
- Execute on and contribute to Digital Experience product roadmaps for core commerce systems by translating business needs into clear, actionable product requirements.
- Document and communicate product requirements using user stories, acceptance criteria, workflows, process diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Analyze customer behavior, transactional data, and operational metrics across ticketing and giving flows to identify trends, diagnose issues, and uncover growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to inform product decisions and prioritization.
- Facilitate cross-functional working groups, workshops, and discovery sessions to surface requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Partner with vendor teams to ensure the successful delivery of new features, enhancements, and integrations.
- Identify and advocate for process improvements that reduce friction for internal users and improve system reliability, scalability, and data quality.
- Help ensure new commerce experiences meet accessibility standards, maintain brand consistency, and deliver a world-class patron and donor experience.
Who You Are:
- You are a thoughtful, data-informed Product Manager who enjoys turning complex business problems into simple, elegant digital experiences.
- You are motivated by impact, not just delivery, and you care deeply about how technology supports real people whether they are buying a ticket, making a gift, or supporting a patron at the box office.
- You are comfortable working across both strategy and execution.
- You enjoy collaborating with designers, engineers, marketers, fundraisers, and operations teams to understand their needs, identify opportunities, and ship improvements that make a measurable difference.
- You ask good questions, bring structure to ambiguity, and know how to balance speed, quality, and stakeholder alignment.
- You are energized by environments where things are being built and improved, not just maintained. You are willing to get hands-on, learn new systems, and help define what "great" looks like as Lincoln Center modernizes its commerce and patron platforms.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product development as a product manager or product owner.
- Familiarity with ticketing, fundraising, or CRM systems such as Salesforce, Tessitura, Spektrix, or similar platforms.
- Experience working with digital commerce products including ticketing, e-commerce, memberships, subscriptions, patron accounts, or loyalty programs.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into simple, structured requirements and user stories.
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholder groups and drive cross-functional decision-making.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and navigate a dynamic environment with shifting needs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working with data and drawing actionable insights.
- Strong understanding of product management principles and software development methodologies.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt style for technical and non-technical audiences.
Success Looks Like
- Within your first several months, you have built strong working relationships with Ticketing, Business Development, Marketing, Guest Experience, and Technology teams, becoming a trusted partner in how commerce experiences are designed.
- You have helped translate the Digital Experience strategy into a clear, actionable product backlog for ticketing, donations, memberships, and patron accounts, ensuring teams are working on the highest-impact opportunities.
- You have shipped improvements that make it easier for patrons to discover events, complete purchases, manage their accounts, and engage with Lincoln Center over time, resulting in measurable gains in conversion, revenue, and customer satisfaction.
- You have brought greater clarity and discipline to how requirements, workflows, and data are documented, reducing friction for delivery teams and improving reliability and consistency across systems.
- Over time, you are helping Lincoln Center operate more like a connected digital ecosystem, where commerce, data, and patron experiences work together to support audience growth, stronger relationships, and long-term sustainability.
