Position: Individual Giving Coordinator

Department: Advancement & Innovation

Role Overview: Reporting to the Associate Director, Individual Giving, the Individual Giving Coordinator will primarily support the Individual Giving team in the successful execution of recurring database processes, the overall management of the team's donor pipeline, and administrative tasks supporting the team's portfolios. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, self-sufficient, and driven to collaborate with others to achieve success. The Individual Giving team is responsible for Lincoln Center's membership programs and renewable Major Gift support. We are looking for a dynamic colleague who is highly motivated and extraordinarily organized with the ability to manage tasks and workflows effectively. The ideal candidate is a systems-thinker with strong interpersonal skills.

What you'll get to do here:

Data Management

  • Maintain all current Individual Donor records
  • Assist team in outputting reports on memberships, contributions, activities, and trends
  • Build and generate lists for donor invitations, outreach, acquisitions, and renewals
  • Support Operations Team in records management and report creation in the database, as needed

Prospect Pipeline Advancement

  • Assist in the maintenance of the Annual Giving prospect pipeline
  • Regularly update and manage prospect records in the database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Work closely with the Associate Director, Individual Giving and Senior Director, Individual Giving to coordinate approach to prospect engagement and management
  • Partner with Research Team on prospect requests and pipeline moves management

Donor Administrative Support

  • Provide essential administrative support to ensure the seamless management of the team's donor portfolios
  • Draft correspondence, and prepare materials for donor meetings and events
  • Assist in donor communication and stewardship efforts
  • Oversee and manage the acknowledgement process for portfolios, ensuring the timely creation, review, and mailing of donor acknowledgments and tax receipts
  • Manage portfolio's benefit fulfillment for donors giving $25,000+ annually
  • Compile database lists, reports, and other materials for programs, events, and projects for the cultivation and stewardship of donors
  • Assist the Director, Individual Giving with special projects related as needed

Department Collaboration

  • Participate in Lincoln Center Advancement & Innovations events (when appropriate)
  • Perform other administrative duties for the Annual Giving team as assigned

You'll Be a Great Fit If You Bring:

  • High School Degree required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in development administrative support, Microsoft Office Suite and
  • Donor management and CRM platforms (Tessitura, or similar) experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Interest in solving problems and nailing the details
  • Experience modifying processes to be more efficient
  • Ambition to grow your career and take on new challenges
  • The ability to handle confidential information with accuracy and discretion
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup-like environment
