Role Overview: Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts (LCPA) is seeking a Campus Relations Manager, reporting to the Associate Director of Campus Relations, to support the coordination of campus operations and events across the Lincoln Center complex. This role serves as a liaison between the Campus Relations Department, Lincoln Center's resident arts organizations, internal departments, and external clients, helping to ensure that campus activity, facilities operations, and events are executed smoothly and in alignment with stakeholder needs.
The Campus Relations Manager supports the integrity and functionality of Lincoln Center-operated buildings and public spaces, assists with campus-wide communication regarding operational impacts, and provides on-site support for events and other campus activity.

Campus Operation & Liaison Work
- Manage and track work orders related to Lincoln Center-operation buildings and public spaces.
- Coordinate with facilities teams and trades to ensure service requests are addressed and completed in a timely manner.
- Take ownership of the overall appearance and aesthetic of public-facing campus areas through regular site walks, serving as a first line of oversight to identify, report, and help resolve issues impacting cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
- Serve as a front-facing liaison between the Campus Relations Department, Lincoln Center's resident arts organizations, internal stakeholders, and external clients regarding campus operations, facilities, and event activity.
- Support the maintenance and operational integrity of Lincoln Center-operated buildings, performance venues, public plazas, and associated campus assets.
- Coordinate with facilities teams and trades to manage work orders and ensure requests are completed in a timely manner.
- Create campus impact maps for large-scale events to help identify operational considerations and campus impacts.
- Provide on-site management and operational support for events to ensure campus services align with client needs and event requirements.
- Assist the Director with interdepartmental and cross-campus communications and reporting.
- Assist with maintaining the ArtsVision (AV) calendar for non-event-related campus activities.
- Assist with gathering and entering labor and security estimates into the AV calendar for internal and external events.
- Assist in the reconciliation of weekly payroll and event billing for labor provided by Campus Relations and Security.
- Perform other duties as assigned in support of the Campus Relations team and broader campus operations.

You'll Be a Fit If You Bring
- A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in complex, large-scale institutions with a track record of delivering high-quality events, service, and hospitality.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities simultaneously, and adapt to shifting demands.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach and the ability to build effective working relationships with colleagues and partners across the campus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of persistence, patience, and motivation when working with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
Schedule
- This role is onsite and typically follows a Tuesday-Saturday schedule. Seasonal flexibility is required, including the possibility of a Wednesday-Sunday schedule during the Summer for the City festival and availability for evening, weekend, and holiday work as needed.
