Description

  • Lead creative strategy development and planning with key business lines.
  • Work cross-functionally to educate and inspire business partners, provide them with key strategic and creative support, and drive high-quality creative solutions that align with business objectives within a highly competitive landscape.
  • Deliver strategic expertise across above the line and below the line campaigns, including broadcast, digital, email, OOH, OLA, paid social, organic social, website, and printed marketing tactics.
  • Contribute value-added thinking by providing long- and short-term strategic guidance to business partners with the ability to asks critical category, and consumer related questions to help translate strategy into required execution for teams within internal creative advertising agency.
  • Provide real-time consultation on brand and creative strategies, conducting workshops to share insight and drive idea generation.
  • Support external clients and Copper Giants in planning and developing brand, creative, and social media strategies.
  • Oversee and support creative team through the entire creative process from ideation through execution, ensuring deliverables meet brief and on brand.
  • Cultivate meaningful relationships with business partners across disciplinaries, foster collaboration and drive results.
  • Identify creative challenges faced by business partners and clients, and develop, implement, and scale creative solutions tailored to meet their needs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on brand positioning and inspiring impactful creative ideas that enhance brand awareness and engagement.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
  • Domestic travel required up to 8%.
Qualifications
Employer will accept eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or in a Sr Creative Strategist-related occupation.
Position also requires demonstrable experience in the following:
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and gain trust through successful delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in market research, brand insights, consumer behavior, and customer segmentation strategies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, utilizing various analytics tools and methodologies to derive insights and make informed decisions.
  • Managing the creative development lifecycle, collaborating with creative teams, and providing support throughout the process.
  • Brand management and marketing with experience in a top-tier creative agency, finance company, or creative role.
  • Analyzing complex business challenges, employing critical thinking and creative problem-solving techniques to develop innovative solutions.
  • Creating award-winning, large-scale/complex advertising campaigns.
  • Building multi-channel campaigns for organic, paid, owned, web, and digital touchpoints.
  • Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
  • Domestic travel required up to 8%.
