As a Software Engineer on our Distribution - Campagne Management Market IT team, you'll have a hands-on opportunity to jump into forward-looking architecture and new technology while helping build innovative tools and backend services that connect into a modern platform. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join our established team, where you will have the opportunity to leverage and grow your skills in building innovative tools, solutions, or products needed by our customers. This is a fully backend role within an agile established team that combines the creative energy of a start-up with the stability and comprehensive benefits of a Fortune 100 company - working on a modern technology stack including: TypeScript, NodeJS, Databases (SQL and NOSQL), Spring Boot, Java, AWS (CloudFormation, Lambda, Step Functions, IAM, VPC, RDS, EC2), GitHub Actions, Kubernetes.

About the job:
- Collaborating closely with a team of software engineers to deliver complex software solutions.
- Designs & Develops maintainable, scalable, defect free source code that meets business requirements and team standards.
- Working in an agile environment with business stakeholders, product owners, solutions engineer and other software engineers to review and refine stories and execute on them using excellent engineering practices.
- Using your technical knowledge to analyze technical system problems and design and implement effective solutions.
- Hands-on development and problem resolution, writing clean, maintainable code and perform peer code-reviews.
- Embracing and modeling engineering excellence and best practices.
- Contributing to the development and growth of the team.
- Being curious and innovating using new tools and techniques.
- Providing periodic production deployments and support.
- Optimizing performance for the applications & web.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent experience
- Strong familiarity with TypeScript, NodeJS, Databases (SQL and NOSQL) Spring Boot, Java, AWS
- 3+ years of professional tech experience
- Excellent negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building capabilities
- Openness and adaptability to respond to fast-moving circumstances
- Knowledge of and ability to personally demonstrate and utilize many of the techniques, processes and tools that drive inclusion and engagement of all employees with a wide variety of backgrounds and perspectives
- Hands-on involvement with layered systems architectures, designs and shared software concepts
- Familiarity with functional and system integration testing
- Awareness of policies regarding security and privacy
- Track record of personal and technical growth and a desire to continue growing.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
