Join a highly collaborative team committed to unlocking the power of AI to simplify work, improve decisions, and enhance the U.S. Retail Markets (USRM) Claims and Servicing experience. In this high-impact role, you will partner with leaders across the business, technology, experience, and data science to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to complex cross-functional initiatives.

In this role you will orchestrate complex workstreams, manage key stakeholders, and maintain a clear roadmap of AI investments. You'll translate strategy into action by enabling teams, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across the AI lifecycle.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end program roadmap for AI investments across claims and servicing, delivering measurable improvements
  • Move high-impact pilots from discovery to production by coordinating product, data science, engineering and vendor workstreams.
  • Create and standardize lightweight practices (backlog, OKRs, success metrics) so teams can iterate fast and scale what works.
  • Build executive-ready updates and lead decision forums to secure resources and remove blockers.
  • F urther operationalize AI governance and compliance guardrails to ensure solutions meet privacy, security and regulatory requirements.
  • Establish training and enablement to accelerate adoption and measurable business value.
Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience managing complex cross functional programs in technology, product management, and data/AI organizations.
  • Experience implementing governance for generative AI or model risk management.
  • Background working directly with Data Science, MLOps, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of product/program ownership that spans discovery, pilots and scaled delivery, comfortable balancing technical and business tradeoffs.
  • Strong familiarity and application of AI/ML concepts and data science delivery lifecycles; ability to translate technical constraints to business stakeholders.
  • Proven executive presence: experience briefing senior leadership and influencing outcomes with clear, concise presentations.
  • Hands on experience with delivery tools and practices: Jira, Agile/Scrum, OKRs/KPIs, roadmap tooling, status reporting. Familiarity with tools like Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Copilot/Stream), Databricks, or model monitoring solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to navigate matrixed organizations and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; polished facilitation and workshop skills.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role. Some roles at Liberty Mutual have a corresponding compensation plan which may include commission and/or bonus earnings at rates that vary based on multiple factors set forth in the compensation plan for the role.
