Join the Personal Lines Auto Program Delivery & Enhancements (PDE), Build team. Our brand new, high visibility team shaping next generation auto rating programs and the core frameworks PDE relies on to deliver efficiently and with precision. In this role, you'll drive the end-to-end playbook for launching new personal lines Auto rating programs across the country reducing cycle time, improving quality, and unlocking profitable growth. You'll partner with State Management, Data Science, Technology teams, Program Management, Product Design, and other key stakeholders to remove roadblocks, standardize how we deliver, and scale best practices across the portfolio. This is a ground-floor opportunity to re-shape our team's frameworks, tooling, and operating rhythm with high visibility to senior leadership.

What you'll do:

  • Translate requirements into action: In partnership with Program Management, convert complex program designs into deployment ready requirements; drive decisions and clear blockers with cross-functional partners.
  • Measure what matters: Establish measurable objectives and key results across our value stream (i.e. cycle time, error rate, rework, post-launch stability); stand up reporting and drive continuous improvement.
  • Own the rollout playbook: Develop deep understanding of current delivery processes, and drive continuous improvement. Optimize and manage the rollout operating model to ensure fast, repeatable, traceable, and accurate launches across all states.
  • Infuse the power of new tech: Integrate , Jama, and AI into day-to-day workflows to boost speed-to-market, traceability, and quality.
  • Act as SME: Be the go-to expert on rating program mechanics and delivery processes; coach teams and raise the bar for execution.

  • Lean/Six Sigma, PMP, or Agile/SAFe credentials

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mathematics, economics, statistics, or other quantitative field Minimum 4 year's relevant work experience, typically 6 years.
  • Master's degree beneficial. Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical software packages (e.g., SAS, Emblem).
  • Must have strong planning, organizational, analytical, decision making and communication skills.
  • Experience managing projects preferred.

The full salary range for this role reflects the competitive labor market value for all employees in these positions across the national market and provides an opportunity to progress as employees grow and develop within the role.
