Description
Leidos is seeking a Training & Communications Specialist - Change Management to support a federal real estate and facilities management program. The specialist will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and delivery of training materials, as well as the execution of various instructional activities. Additionally, the role will manage and update communication plans, recommend improvements, and support a change management campaign for enterprise technology systems.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, including lesson plans, instructor guides, presentations, and e-learning content.
- Prepare and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended training sessions to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure training content reflects current systems and processes.
- Maintain and update communication plans related to technology changes, campaigns, and training initiatives.
- Recommend improvements to training programs and communication strategies to support user adoption and engagement.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback and reporting to stakeholders.
- Support change management campaigns by aligning training and communication materials with project objectives.
- Assist with audits, documentation, and reporting related to training and communications activities. Monitor systems to ensure high availability, performance, and security, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
Required Security Clearance:
- Active Top Secret.
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS and 5+ years of experience in training development, instructional delivery, and/or communications support (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree).
- Experience designing, developing, and updating training materials for instructor-led, virtual, or blended learning environments.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Experience managing communication plans, campaigns, or awareness initiatives.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams) and learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and support multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting change management initiatives for enterprise technology implementations.
- Familiarity with real estate or facilities management systems, processes, or enterprise IT applications.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design models, or e-learning development tools.
- Experience with TRIRIGA or similar IWMS systems is a plus but not required.
- Ability to analyze communication effectiveness and recommend enhancements to increase adoption and engagement.
- Experience delivering training to federal or large organizational audiences.

Pay Range:
Pay Range $80,600.00 - $145,700.00
