Systems Engineering Lead

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Technical Communications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline and 4-8 years of prior relevant experience. OR Master's in Systems Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Technical Communications, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline and 2-6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Engineering & Planning Toolsets: Advanced proficiency with modern documentation platforms, task-tracking systems, and project scheduling tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence or Microsoft Project).

Preferred Qualifications

• Aviation Domain Expertise: Strong familiarity with Air Traffic Management (ATM) concepts or large-scale civil/military airspace infrastructure programs.
• Direct professional background supporting UK NATS infrastructure, legacy UK airspace replacement initiatives, or UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) regulatory documentation baselines.
• Familiarity with safety-critical software compliance and change management standards (e.g., ED-109A/DO-278A).
• Formally recognized industry credentials, such as ITIL Certifications (e.g., ITIL v4) or Project Management professional credentials (e.g., PMP).

Pay Range:

Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00
