Leidos' Defense Persistent Surveillance is seeking a Field Service Representative Manager to join our team to support a weapons systems program. This role will manage a team of OCONUS-based FSRs operating across multiple Combatant Commands (COCOMs).

The selected candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team embedded with end users and will support daily operations and maintenance of sensor solutions in accordance with established technical documentation. This role works closely with end users, the Program Management Office (PMO), and FSR personnel to ensure effective system performance and mission success. The FSR Manager will operate with minimal supervision and is expected to cross-train within the team to build proficiency across multiple sensor solution elements.

This position is designated as Mission Essential. Responsibilities include managing CONUS and OCONUS deployments, coordinating inter-COCOM travel, overseeing system maintenance and repair activities, tracking and managing spare parts (SPRs), and providing related training within the assigned area of operations.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Field Service Representatives (FSRs) supporting multiple OCONUS Combatant Commands (COCOMs).
  • Support the customer in overseeing and monitoring the maintenance and sustainment program. Responsibilities include scheduling and performing services, hardware configuration, hardware/software installation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software issues.
  • Collaborate closely with a highly skilled team of engineers and logisticians to ensure effective program execution.
  • Perform and contribute to Root Cause Analysis and advanced troubleshooting beyond the end-user level, including issues related to software, hardware, cabling, electrical systems, and network infrastructure.
  • Recommend courses of action to customers, end-users, and internal team members based on experience and technical knowledge.
  • Create, update, review, and complete Work Orders in a timely and professional manner, ensuring maintenance reports are accurate and complete.
  • Maintain familiarity with Army shipping and tracking processes.
  • Track and account for all program hardware and associated data transport.
  • Demonstrate the ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Understand customer expectations to provide mission-focused support aligned with program values and objectives.
  • Build and maintain trust through open and effective communication with customers, the FSR team, and internal support personnel.
  • Exhibit discipline, adaptability, attention to detail, sound judgment, initiative, and the ability to foster collaboration.
  • Maintain familiarity with Authorized Government Services (AGS) and Government Furnished Services (GFS) provided to Contractors Authorized to Accompany the Force (CAAF).
  • Understand OCONUS protocols applicable to CAAF personnel.
  • Be knowledgeable in the Contractor SOFA Designation Request process.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with at least 5+ years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3+ years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • Valid, unrestricted U.S. passport (Blue Book).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel up to 10% as required.
  • Candidate must be a resident of the North Alabama area or willing to relocate to the Huntsville - North Alabama, AL, area

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new technical systems and training applications.
  • Experience with U.S. Army Air and Missile Defense operations.
  • Knowledge of U.S. Army supply and logistics systems and procedures.
  • Familiarity with U.S. Army physical security standards, as well as COMSEC and CCI handling and usage practices.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $107,900.00 - $195,050.00
