Description

Leidos is seeking a director - Platform Integration & Tools to lead the strategy, delivery, and governance of enterprise integration platforms supporting large-scale healthcare systems. This role owns interoperability frameworks, integration tooling, and cross-platform connectivity across provider, financial, and enterprise healthcare solutions in highly regulated environments.

Primary Responsibilities
• Lead enterprise platform integration strategy across healthcare systems, including provider, claims, financial, and operational platforms.
• Own interoperability architecture and delivery using modern FHIR-based APIs and system integrations to meet CMS interoperability mandates (CMS-9115F, CMS-0057F)
• Ownership of integration platforms and tools across multiple healthcare product lines

• Define and govern integration tools, frameworks, and standards to ensure scalability, security, and compliance.
• Oversee integration of complex healthcare platforms supporting high-volume, mission-critical transactions.
• Partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver integrated platform capabilities.
• Serve as a senior integration SME for executive stakeholders, client discussions, and solution design efforts.
• Establish governance, release standards, and vendor coordination models for enterprise integrations.

Basic Qualifications
• Master's degree and 15 years of experience in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Additional years experience may be used in lieu of a degree.
• 18+ years of experience delivering enterprise platforms, systems integration, or product solutions in healthcare environments.
• 10+ years of leadership experience managing large, cross-functional technical teams.
• Proven experience integrating healthcare provider systems, financial platforms, and enterprise applications.
• Strong background in healthcare interoperability, including FHIR API and standards-driven integrations.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise financial systems (e.g., Oracle-based platforms).
• Experience delivering integrations in cloud or hybrid environments (AWS preferred).
• Demonstrated success delivering complex programs in regulated, compliance-driven environments

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting large-scale, multi-organization healthcare implementations.
• Background modernizing legacy healthcare platforms into modular, service-oriented architectures.
• Experience working with third-party data providers and enterprise vendors.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $154,050.00 - $278,475.00
