Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for providing planning, direction, stakeholder coordination and supervision of construction projects.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project scope and budget.
  • Analyze project specifications, drawings, and related documents to determine project requirements and estimate costs.
  • Monitor project progress and provide ongoing cost and schedule forecasting to support management.
  • Identify project issues and risks, make recommendations and coordinate solutions to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Maintain and update historical cost data and construction pricing databases.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, and client requirements.

Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with Poly clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related technical field and 4-8 years of relevant experience or additional experience in lieu of degree.
  • Proven experience in planning, directing, and supervising facility projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop, schedule, and implement construction projects independently.
  • Solid understanding of construction processes, building codes, and compliance requirements.
  • Experience with project management, including budgeting, scheduling, contractor oversight, and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence internal teams and client stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Poly Clearance
  • Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), CCM (Certified Construction Manager), or equivalent.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary construction teams and subcontractors across various project phases in support of critical infrastructure and mission critical facilities.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and the ability to produce, read, and interpret technical drawings.
  • Working knowledge of contract management, including negotiation and administration of construction contracts.
  • Hands-on experience with risk management, quality control, and safety assurance practices in construction environments.
  • Experience conducting construction inspections and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Advanced experience using project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar platforms.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $73,450.00 - $132,775.00
