User Acceptance Tester I - Remote

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience, Associate's degree with 5+ years of experience, or High School Diploma with 7+ years of experience in User Acceptance Testing and system validation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with defect tracking and testing tools (e.g., JIRA, HEAT, SBM)
• Knowledge of software development life cycle (Agile and Waterfall)
• Experience with data analysis and system validation techniques
• Familiarity with healthcare systems, revenue cycle management, and HIPAA
• Knowledge of Labcorp systems

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills

Pay Range: $45,000 - $60,000
