Labcorp is seeking a Trainer to join our team at Brigade Twin Tower in Bangalore, Karnataka.

Work Schedule

Rotating shift - 5-day working model

Job Responsibilities

Follow applicable departmental standard operating procedures and work instructions

Complete required trainings according to required timelines.

Provide New Joiner's Training progress update from GPM

Manage day-to-day tasks ensuring quality and productivity.

Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments as needed.

Ensure that assigned project related documents are completed in a timely manner.

Work effectively with internal departments to ensure delivery of appropriate documentation

Perform QC reviews of related department specific documents wherever applicable in the

process. Also Peer QC review when required.

Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution

Proactively identifies opportunities for process improvements. Coordinate with Training

Lead on the process improvement opportunities and manages the implementation of

associated revised processes and procedures.

Perform investigations independently on reported quality events and able to perform Root

cause analysis and write CAPA statements

Timely documentation of operational/training metrics and provide data on the same as per

management request

Preparation, maintenance and updating of training plans for respective teams.

Coordinate and ability to mentor, coach and train junior members/new joiners as well as

departmental trainers of Global Project Management.

Completing the new joiners onboarding checklist

Reviews and makes changes to department controlled documents

Acts as the departmental liaison for other department

Requesting for shared folder/relevant portals/tools access for the new joiners as and when

requested

Hold periodic remediation trainings for identified members based on the trend analysis

received/discussed from/with peers and management

Support the Lead trainer in managing training for the team

Support the lead trainer by providing visibility to the growth chart of the trainees while in

training

Should be able to provide training on all technical tools used within the department as

applicable

Conduct Phase 1 of the training plan to the new joiners and handover as applicable for respective

departments

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

3 years in a relevant industry.

Additional Job Standards

Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and communicate effectively.

Demonstrated ability to pay attention to detail.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with others.

Ability to deliver consistent high-quality work.

Ability to use a computer and departmental tools
