Are you looking to grow your career in a laboratory setting and enjoy supporting hands-on scientific work behind the scenes? Join us as a 3rd-Shift Laboratory Assistant, where you'll play an essential role ensuring our research teams have what they need to operate smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
Schedule & Pay:
- Shift: 3rd Shift - 3:00 AM to 11:45 AM
- Weekend Requirement: This role includes working one weekend day (either Saturday or Sunday) as part of your regular schedule.
- Base Pay: $19/hour (includes a 12% shift differential for 3rd shift hours)
What You'll Do:
- You'll support our scientific staff and help maintain high-quality laboratory operations through tasks such as:
- Plan and organize your workload to meet daily needs.
- Wash, dry, sterilize, and distribute laboratory glassware (including autoclave use).
- Perform general cleaning duties such as mopping, surface cleaning, and trash removal.
- Safely dispose of residual dosing solutions returned from Inlife.
- Maintain inventory and stock lab supplies; communicate restocking needs with Control Point Management.
- Prepare vehicles and dispense or package formulations following established protocols.
- Maintain accurate documentation following protocols, GLPs, and SOPs.
- Submit maintenance requests as needed.
- Operate standard laboratory equipment safely and responsibly.
- Always follow safety policies and procedures, including handling hazardous materials.
Who You'll Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- No prior experience required.
- A strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn
