Labcorp is seeking an Investigator Training Development Associate II to join our team at Bangalore.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide project specific training to investigators and study coordinators, including but not limited to:
• Prepare appropriate eLearning materials for Site staff training.
• Able to effectively create/author and complete publication steps eLearning courses.
• QC materials created by other eLearning creators to ensure quality, accuracy, consistency with department standards.
• Effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
• Assist and supports management in the implementation of global processes and procedures.
• Document all service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when appropriate resolution is incomplete.

Minimum Qualifications

2 years of relevant work experience in graphic designing. Knowledge of clinical trials is additional advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

Any Bachelor's or Master's degree

• Provide support for Global Investigator Training Team activities. Provide education and training activities to sponsors, investigators, study coordinators, through the creation, QC and distribution of presentation and eLearning.
• Investigator Training Development Associate II position for Investigator Training is located in local CLS unit, with global internal/external client interaction.
