About the Program

Internship Details

Duration: 8 weeks,full-time

• Dates of Internship: April 1st, 2026 - May 29th, 2026

• Location: Bangalore

• Compensation: Paid internship, relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

• Research emerging technologies (AI, automation, personalization) relevant to the provider onboarding experience
• Identify opportunities for and ideal state of how the provider experience could operate, regardless of time or resources

• Understand real-work business problem and work towards an ideal state solution
• Learn to connect emerging technology trends to actionable strategies for the provider's onboarding experience
• Collaborate across interdisciplinary teams to develop and communicate forward-looking ideas effectively.

• "Future-State Experience Vision" summarizing how we would go about this, what the end state could be (the "nirvana" state)
• Concept presentation outlining innovation opportunities and potential impact.

• Pursuing MBA
• Strong research and analytical skills with an ability to connect trends and insights to strategic opportunities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for summarizing research and presenting ideas.

• Final Stakeholder Presentation: Synthesizes findings across all intern tracks.
• Integrated HCP Experience Blueprint: Combined findings from all three tracks to create a unified outcome - linking process design, digital touchpoints, and innovation opportunities.
• Future-State Onboarding Framework: Jointly developed a set of cross-functional recommendations and prototype concepts that outline how Labcorp can modernize and personalize the HCP experience through improved enablement, digital systems, and AI-driven innovation.
