Contingent Worker

Tasks is
Perform banking transactions including going to bank counter for direct debit applications/payments and keeping 2 Japan bank books for us. The mitigating control is bank seal + bank book is needed to effect transaction. Bank seal is kept by admin and I authorize the use. This mitigating control is accepted by treasury Robert M and he agrees to allow the contingent worker keeping the bank book. For Sumitomo bank book, the bank statement is obtained from bank book updating using bank ATM machine. There is no internet banking. Thus we need to let contingent worker keeps the bank book to update monthly in bank machine to get latest bank statement.
