Clinical Project Coordinator
Job Responsibilities
In your role as a Clinical Project Coordinator, you will
• Provide administrative and technical support to the Central Laboratory Services
• Review requests to ensure accurate information has been provided
• Complete requests and follow up with requestor as needed
• Perform quality checks on completed requests
• Generate and review LabCorp database reports and resolve issues as needed.
• Manage technical information related to the supported department(s) activities
• Retrieve and document project-related information in a timely manner
• Maintain global communication and coordination with all Central Laboratory Services units regarding service definitions/changes for global processes
• Act as a liaison between the Client Coordinator team and all other LabCorp departments
• Manage day-to-day tasks related to departmental internal and external communication
• Responsible for effective and timely adherence to management communications, meetings, and procedures
• Document all service failures, resolve, and escalate to management when an appropriate resolution is incomplete
• Provide dedicated support to sponsors (as needed/requested by Project Management)

Minimum Qualifications
A minimum of 0-2 years' relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications
A science graduate degree
