What You'll Do:
- Perform a wide range of building maintenance and repair tasks
- Troubleshoot and repair equipment, engine-powered systems, and low-voltage electrical components
- Interpret blueprints and conceptual drawings for construction and repair projects
- Maintain accurate records using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently
- Manage tools, equipment, and materials with care

What You Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in maintenance, facilities, or building repair
- Strong knowledge of mechanical maintenance and general repair practices
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience using CMMS preferred
