Bioanalytical Associate Resource Coordinator

Work Scheduled - Monday - Friday (Dayshift)

This is an office based position in Indianapolis, IN.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure project-related supplies are available to operations staff in a reliable and timely manner.
• Monitor correspondence to anticipate incoming requests.
• Enter information and assume responsibility for accuracy of data.
• Coordinate resolution of issues with Study Director and lab staff.
• Ensure reference standards are stored appropriately and units are maintained.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED
• 3 years or more in a support role
• 3 years or more experience working with computerized data

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree in life sciences or chemistry preferred

Additional Job Standards:

• Knowledge of study supply requirements in applicable discipline
• Proven organization, observation, and problem solving skills
• Ability to find a resolution or escalate issues
