LabCorp is seeking an Associate Trainer to join Global Project Management team at Brigade Twin Towers, Yeshwanthpur, Bangalore
Work Schedule
Rotational Shift
5:30 am to 2:30 pm IST
2:00 pm to 11:00 pm IST.
Job Responsibilities
Follow applicable departmental standard operating procedures and work instructions Complete required trainings according to required timelines. Provide New Joiner's Training progress update from Global Project Management. Manage day-to-day tasks, ensuring quality and productivity. Provide administrative and technical support to internal departments as needed. Ensure that assigned project-related documents are completed in a timely manner. Work effectively with internal departments to ensure delivery of appropriate documentation. Ensure timely escalation and issue resolution Perform investigations on reported quality events and able to perform Root cause analysis and write CAPA statements. Timely documentation of operational/training metrics and provide data on the same as per management request. Preparation, maintenance and updating of Training Plans related to Study Maintenance and Study Start Up. Completing the new joiners onboarding checklist, reviews and makes changes to department-controlled documents Acts as the departmental liaison for other department Hold periodic remediation trainings for the team or identified members based on the trend analysis received/discussed from/with peers and management Should be able to provide training to tasks and tools used within the department as applicable
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Life Science
Preferred Qualifications
2 years in a relevant industry.
