Ensure stable, secure, and compliant operation of banking services, driving incidents resolution, changes, and continuous improvement.
✅ Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Monitoring: Ensure availability, performance, and daily service health
- Incident Management: Lead resolution of incidents and restore service quickly
- Problem Management: Identify root causes and prevent recurring issues
- Change Management: Execute changes with proper controls and risk management
- Compliance & Security: Follow banking regulations and support audits
- Automation & Improvement: Streamline processes and reduce manual effort

Who You Are
Technical skills
- Conocimiento de operaciones IT (infraestructura, aplicaciones, middleware)
- Experiencia en monitorización y herramientas ITSM (ServiceNow, etc.)
- Gestión de incidentes, problemas y cambios (ITIL)
🏦 Banking & compliance
- Trabajo en entornos regulados (auditorías, controles, seguridad)
