Responsibilities:
- Report to the Training Lead and support the execution of the overall OCM training strategy.
- Collaborate with the OCM team and subject matter experts to understand training needs arising from organizational changes and transformation initiatives.
- Analyze target audiences and their learning requirements to inform the design of effective training solutions.
- Design and develop engaging training materials, including instructor-led presentations, job aids, quick reference guides, and other supporting documentation.
- Develop online courseware using e-learning development tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise, and others.
- Assist in the management and administration of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, user management, and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of training plans and schedules.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, communication, and resource allocation.
- Support the delivery of training sessions, potentially including virtual and in-person facilitation under the guidance of the Training Lead.
- Gather feedback on training effectiveness and contribute to the continuous improvement of training materials and delivery methods.
- Maintain training documentation and ensure materials are up-to-date and accessible.
- Assist in the development of communication plans related to training initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of metrics and reports to track training participation and impact.
- Stay informed about best practices in training design, development, and delivery.

Required Technical and Professional Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a training development or instructional design role.
- Experience in designing and developing training materials for various delivery methods (instructor-led, virtual, self-paced).
- Familiarity with instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Demonstrated proficiency with at least one online training development tool (e.g., Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline, Rise).
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) administration and functionality.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
- Certification in training and development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience with video editing and multimedia development.
- Knowledge of change management principles.
- Experience in a consulting environment.
- Familiarity with project management basics.
