The Role

At Kyndryl, we are seeking a Trade Compliance Analyst for the LATAM region to join our global compliance operations team. This role focuses on documentation management, transaction screening, and ensuring adherence to trade regulations between the U.S. and Mexico. If you have a strong background in international trade, attention to detail, and a passion for operational excellence, this is your opportunity to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review import/export documentation for LATAM transactions.
  • Support USMCA origin certifications and maintain accurate recordkeeping.
  • Conduct restricted party screenings and escalate potential compliance issues.
  • Track shipments and ensure timely customs clearance.
  • Collaborate with the U.S. lead on audits, reporting, and compliance training.
  • Act as the LATAM trade compliance point of contact.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Maintain proper documentation and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with the global team to support the LATAM region.

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in trade compliance, customs, or logistics.
  • Familiarity with USMCA and Mexican Customs regulations.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a global team.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Certifications in international trade or customs compliance.
  • Experience with compliance tools such as LexisNexis.
  • Additional language skills.
  • Deep understanding of LATAM trade regulations.
