Technical Owner - Quote to Cash (Q2C) Systems

The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end technical lifecycle of all Q2C systems (e.g., CPQ, Billing, Revenue Recognition, Contract Management, and ERP integrations).
- Partner with Sales, Finance, and Operations teams to understand business requirements, translate them into scalable technical solutions, and drive process optimization across the Q2C cycle.
- Define and maintain the Q2C systems architecture roadmap, compliance, and data integrity.
- Oversee integrations between Q2C systems and other enterprise platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, data warehouse, and customer portals).
- Collaborate with IT and Security teams to ensure compliance with governance, cybersecurity, and regulatory standards (e.g., SOX).
- Lead or support system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements from requirements gathering through testing, deployment, and adoption.
- Establish best practices for configuration management, documentation, and change control within the Q2C landscape.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and escalation point for Q2C system issues, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruption.
Who You Are
- Required Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in technical ownership or development of financial/Q2C systems.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SD, CPQ, CLM, Billing systems, and integration tools.
- Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of ERP architecture, APIs, middleware, and data flows.
- Knowledge of Q2C processes (quoting, contract management, billing, invoicing, revenue recognition).
- Business Acumen:
