The Talent Acquisition Leader is responsible for driving high-quality and efficient hiring outcomes across Early Careers (in conjunction with Early Careers Leader) and professional recruitment. They strive to bring innovation, competitiveness, and high calibre experience within Kyndryl's hiring process - thus directing contributing towards Kyndryl's employment brand.
The TA Leader does this by creating and owning country specific Talent acquisition strategy to fulfill hiring demand in an agile, fast, data driven and empathetic manner. The TA Leader communicates the strategies to ensure demand fulfillment alignment, supports planning of hiring campaign and drives key TA performance metrics and objectives for the country or countries that they support. They play a crucial role in executing overall recruiting and sourcing strategies, monitoring TA performance, identifying enablement needs, and analysing reporting to proactively manage issues and drive continuous improvement.
Role Overview:
This position's primary objective is to be the Talent Acquisition Partner and single Point of Contact to the Country President and is responsible and accountable to ensuring that the overarching Talent Acquisition needs of this customer are met both for hiring in-country or hiring across countries that are linked to that leaders P&L.
In addition, you will be responsible for all in country hiring fulfillment (the majority of which will be provided by a Global RPO solution) including hiring demand within your geographic scope for Global Practices. You will need to build strong collaborative relationships with the RPO Provider to both hold them accountable for delivery but also to remove barriers to their success.
To achieve this, you will need to work collaboratively across a highly matrixed organisation requiring you to partner with HR Business Partners, Workforce Solutions Teams, and our Talent Acquisition Operations Teams. You will need to provide regular TA Performance updates to leaders and manage improvement initiatives aligned to overall continuous process improvement plans as well as those specific to your geographic responsibility.
- Responsible for Service Delivery for Japan and Centers Supporting Japan Hiring.
- Leads Performance Improvement Initiatives in Country / Countries in partnership with RPO & Operations Teams
- Participate in Customer Reviews to provide core TA Performance Market Intelligence & Insights.
- Owns & Manages Country escalations / issues.
- Owns "Initiative deployments" in Country.
- Brokers & Co-ordinates support from other COE's & Country HR Teams as required to drive change.
- Partners with other Business / Practice Aligned TA Leaders to resolve issues, challenges within Country or Countries.
- Builds clear view of growth / hiring plans / work transitions and creates strategies to address in conjunction with key stakeholders to address needs in partnership with Workforce Solutions Partner.
- Provides Market intelligence to inform strategic hiring plans / work transition projects.
- Reviews and analyzes key Data sets (Satisfaction, speed, ageing, quality) to diagnose issues & identify solutions.
- Collaborates and co-ordinates with peers to avoid duplication & re-work.
- Build strong working relationships with Country HR Leader / Business Partners to ensure a connected approach to delivery and issue resolution.
- Shares developed best practices & learnings with Peers for re-use to accelerate improvement.
- Act as talent advisors by providing insights into hiring trends, skill gaps, and competitive talent strategies.
- Ensure that the RPO provider is prioritizing the right roles at the right time.
Who You Are
Critical Skills and Experience:
- Beneficial: Significant experience of working with Recruitment Process Outsource Partners to fulfill Talent Acquisition needs. Must have worked in TA Leadership role in an organisation leveraging RPO for Hiring Fulfillment. Understands the Governance processes supporting outsourced recruitment models.
- Has personally led Talent Acquisition Process Improvement / Transformation Initiatives with demonstrable track record.
- Delivering Talent Acquisition Strategies and Services in a Multinational Business environment.
- Proven track record of driving and leading continuous process improvement initiatives & creating strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Strong critical analytical skills - able to synthesise complex challenges into component parts and create logical prioritised plans to resolve.
- Significant professional expertise working as Talent Acquisition Practitioner in the IT / Managed Services / Professional Services domain.
- Fluent in written and verbal in Japanese and English
- Bachelors Degree
