Responsibilities
- Serve as the single point of contact for the Country President, ensuring all TA needs are met
- Lead hiring fulfillment across Japan and related centers, partnering with global RPO providers
- Drive performance improvement initiatives with RPO and TA Operations teams
- Participate in customer reviews and provide market intelligence and TA performance insights
- Manage country-level escalations, issues, and initiative deployments
- Coordinate support from other COEs and HR teams to enable change
- Collaborate with practice-aligned TA leaders to resolve challenges across countries
- Build strategic hiring plans based on growth, transitions, and stakeholder input
- Analyze key TA metrics (speed, satisfaction, quality) to identify issues and solutions
- Act as a talent advisor, offering insights on hiring trends, skill gaps, and competitive strategies
- Ensure RPO providers prioritize the right roles at the right time

Who You Are
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Beneficial: Significant experience of working with Recruitment Process Outsource Partners to fulfill Talent Acquisition needs. Must have worked in TA Leadership role in an organisation leveraging RPO for Hiring Fulfillment. Understands the Governance processes supporting outsourced recruitment models.
- Has personally led Talent Acquisition Process Improvement / Transformation Initiatives with demonstrable track record.
- Delivering Talent Acquisition Strategies and Services in a Multinational Business environment.
- Proven track record of driving and leading continuous process improvement initiatives & creating strong partnerships with business stakeholders.
- Strong critical analytical skills - able to synthesise complex challenges into component parts and create logical prioritised plans to resolve.
- Significant professional expertise working as Talent Acquisition Practitioner in the IT / Managed Services / Professional Services domain.
- Fluent in written and verbal in Japanese and English
- Bachelors Degree
