The Role

We are looking for a System Technical Analyst with strong interest in system administration, observability, and process automation. This role offers a solid technical career path toward Senior Specialist and, eventually, Technical Architect, working within multidisciplinary support and Help Desk teams. The ideal candidate combines foundational technical knowledge with curiosity, learning agility, and a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities (Simplified Version)

  • Administer and support Linux/Windows operating systems.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and basic deployment of observability and monitoring tools.
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to manage monitoring settings, change controls, and maintenance windows.
  • Build and maintain functional dashboards and propose improvements to monitoring capabilities.
  • Create or adjust basic scripts to automate repetitive tasks.
  • Identify and implement automatic or semi-automatic improvements to operational processes.
  • Document operational procedures and maintain configuration records.
  • Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Participate in testing and validation during production releases.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Up to 3 years of experience in a technical role. Experience administering Linux/Windows OS.
  • Basic knowledge of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus) and platforms such as Dynatrace, Datadog, ElasticStack.
  • Understanding of thresholds, triggers, synthetic monitoring, and SLO/user journey concepts.
  • Basic knowledge of infrastructure, DevOps, and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Ability to create dashboards and visualizations (Grafana, Kibana, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and learning agility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary support teams.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).

Preferred Technical and Professional Experience

Participation in deployments, validations, or production testing.

Exposure to automation and scripting for operational improvements.

Experience in continuous improvement environments.

Desirable Certifications & Training:

Introductory certifications in observability (Dynatrace Associate, New Relic Fundamentals, Datadog Certification).

Training in Grafana, Prometheus, or other open‑source monitoring tools.

Azure or cloud fundamentals certifications.

ITIL Foundation or Crisis/Incident Management training.

Agile (Scrum/Kanban) coursework.
