The Role

• Develop, maintain, and own Kyndryl's global workspace standards to ensure consistency across all locations.
• Partner with Project Managers to consult on architecture and branding requirements for fit-out projects.
• Collaborate with PM vendors to ensure compliance with established workspace standards throughout project execution.
• Create high-level test-fit designs for new spaces and business approvals.
• Coordinate with Space Management to enter new buildings and updates into our space management platform.
• Act as a subject matter expert for workspace standards during project planning and execution.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on space optimization and workplace design best practices.
• Ensure alignment between workplace standards and corporate branding initiatives.
• Monitor adherence to workspace standards across all projects and locations.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and update standards as needed to reflect evolving business needs and industry trends.
• Maintain documentation and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.

• Business-level English Fluency
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Architecture, Interior Design, Facilities Management, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years' experience in workplace design, space planning, and/or facilities operations.
• Familiarity with space management tools (e.g., Eptura, Serraview, Archibus) and AutoCAD software
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proven knowledge of design leading practices, and trends
• Demonstrated ability to execute multiple concurrent projects
• Demonstrated ability in influencing stakeholders within and outside organization
• Demonstrated ability in vendor partnership and management
• Experience with regional or local facilities related regulations.
• Understanding of regional cultural norms.
