The Role
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Coach and mentor ServiceNow development teams on Agile best practices.
- Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog.
- Ensure clear sprint goals, scope management, and commitment tracking.
- Remove impediments and escalate issues as necessary.
- Track sprint metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, release progress).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team.
- Coordinate cross-team dependencies and integration activities.
- Ensure alignment with release management and change management processes.
- Support platform governance and quality assurance standards.
- Promote collaboration between developers, architects, admins, and business stakeholders.
Who You Are
Required Skills:
- 7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- 5+ years supporting ServiceNow development teams.
- Strong understanding of Scrum framework and Agile methodologies.
- Experience managing technical delivery teams (developers, admins, QA).
- Familiarity with ServiceNow platform development lifecycle.
- Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile tracking tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow Agile module).
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, or equivalent certification.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
- SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master certification.
- Experience working in large enterprise or multi-team environments.
- Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Prior experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Business Analyst.
- Experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and major releases.
