Using design documentation and functional programming specifications, you will be responsible for implementing identified components. You will ensure that implemented components are appropriately documented, unit-tested, and ready for integration into the final product. You will have the opportunity to architect the solution, test the code, and deploy and build a CI/CD pipeline for it.
- Lead day-to-day administration of the enterprise ServiceNow platform, ensuring high availability and performance
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex platform issues and operational incidents
- Manage and govern users, roles, groups, ACLs, and authentication mechanisms
- Oversee platform upgrades, patches, and hotfixes, including planning, testing, and validation
- Monitor instance health, performance metrics, and system logs; proactively address risks and degradation
- Lead CMDB administration, data quality initiatives, and governance practices
- Enforce platform standards, controls, and best practices across all ServiceNow modules
- Partner with developers on deployments, release coordination, and environment management
- Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and support procedures
- Mentor junior administrators and provide operational guidance to cross-functional teams

Required Skills:
- 8+ years of experience administering ServiceNow in large enterprise environments
- Advanced expertise in ServiceNow administration and configuration (users, roles, ACLs, forms, workflows, notifications)
- Strong hands-on experience supporting ITSM processes and modules
- Proven experience managing ServiceNow upgrades and major release cycles
- Strong understanding of CMDB administration, data models, and governance
- Experience with update sets, deployment management, and environment coordination
- Advanced troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex platform issues
- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in regulated or compliance-driven enterprise environments
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
- Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, or ITOM Visibility
- Familiarity with ServiceNow security, identity integration, and access controls
- ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or additional CIS certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
