Kyndryl Senior Project Managers oversee the delivery of major projects within scope, schedule, and budget. You'll be the driving force for every aspect of a program's success, and the "conductor" who orchestrates everyone's efforts to make beautiful music together.

Key Responsibilities
1. Program Execution & Governance
- Enforce adherence to governance model and operating rhythm
- Drive structured governance forums with clear outputs:
- Decisions, actions, and ownership
- Integrated reporting and status visibility
- Eliminate non-standard processes and shadow governance
2. Resource Management
- Own program-wide resource demand vs. capacity planning
- Drive:
- Forecasting across workstreams
- Resource intake, tracking, and approvals
- Escalation of staffing gaps impacting delivery
- Ensure alignment between resource allocation and program priorities
3. Cost Management & Financial Oversight
- Manage budget vs. actuals and forecast vs. backlog alignment
- Identify and escalate financial risks and variances
- Support financial governance tied to milestones and delivery outcomes
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making
4. Stage Gate / Tollgate Management
- Lead tollgate governance and readiness process
- Ensure:
- Deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria
- Supporting documentation and evidence are complete
- Cross-functional alignment is achieved prior to approvals
- Drive Go/No-Go readiness across all releases
5. Integrated Planning & Dependency Management
- Maintain integrated program plan across all workstreams
- Drive:
- Cross-workstream dependency management
- 30/60/90-day lookahead planning
- Alignment of milestones and delivery timelines
6. Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics
- Develop and maintain program dashboards and reporting
- Track:
- Delivery health
- Resource status
- Financial performance
- RAID metrics
- Provide actionable insights to leadership through data analysis
7. Agile Execution Oversight
- Ensure consistent adoption of Agile practices across workstreams
- Track:
- Sprint execution
- Velocity and predictability
- Align Agile delivery with program-level milestones and governance
8. Executive Communication & Presentations
- Develop executive-level presentations and reporting materials
- Translate complex data into:
- Clear insights
- Decision-ready narratives

Required Skills and Experience
Program & Delivery Experience
- 10+ years of experience in program management or large-scale transformation delivery
- Proven experience operating in multi-workstream, complex programs
Core Functional Expertise
- Strong expertise in:
- Resource Management (demand vs. capacity planning)
- Cost Management / Financial Governance
- Stage Gate / Tollgate Management
- Experience driving program controls and execution discipline
Technical & Analytical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel:
- Pivot tables, modeling, and scenario analysis
- Data manipulation and reporting automation
- Experience building dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI preferred)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Methodology & Tools
- Strong experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid models)
- Experience with program and project management tools:
- JIRA
- Confluence
- Power BI or similar reporting tools
Communication & Leadership Skills
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders across business and technology teams
- Strong facilitation and cross-functional coordination skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology transformation programs (e.g., ERP, mainframe modernization)
- Experience in client-facing consulting or delivery environments
- Familiarity with enterprise PMO frameworks and governance models

The compensation range for the position in the U.S. is -$100,080 to$ 190,080 based on a full-time schedule.
Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement.
There is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations:
California (San Francisco Bay Area):$120,120 to $228,000
California (All Other):$110,040 to $209,040
Colorado: $100,080 to $190,080
Massachusetts$100,080 to $209,040
New York City: $120,120 to $228,000
Washington: $110,040 to $209,040
Washington DC:$110,040 to $209,040

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off. Note: If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
