Senior Penetration Tester - PCI & Enterprise Security

The Role
Are you passionate about cybersecurity and looking for an exciting role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking a skilled Penetration Testing Specialist to support critical security and compliance initiatives across enterprise environments.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing penetration testing activities across applications, internal networks, and external infrastructures as part of PCI DSS compliance efforts. You will also conduct a wide range of non-PCI security assessments, including testing of mobile APIs, web applications, web services, internal networks with Active Directory environments, and external perimeter defenses.
Your work will involve identifying vulnerabilities, performing controlled exploitation, and validating risks to help strengthen the organization's security posture. You will produce clear, actionable reports with risk ratings and remediation recommendations, enabling stakeholders to effectively address security gaps.
As a key contributor, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define testing scope, ensure compliance with security standards, and support remediation through retesting and validation activities. You will follow established industry methodologies such as OWASP, NIST, and PTES, ensuring high-quality and consistent delivery.
This role offers flexibility in how work is structured, allowing you to contribute across both PCI and non-PCI testing streams while working within a dynamic and collaborative environment focused on proactive risk management and continuous security improvement.

Drawing conclusions and patterns from the data across single and multiple clients. Creating new ideas in the area of risk management and risk quantification.
In addition to your technical responsibilities, you will also play a key role in raising awareness of potential security threats through technical security training on best practices. You bring strong technical expertise in cybersecurity and penetration testing, combined with a continuous learning mindset and a commitment to delivering client value. Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Experience in penetration testing and ethical hacking across applications, networks, and enterprise environments
• Demonstrated knowledge of PCI DSS standards and security compliance requirements
• Hands-on experience in web application and API security, aligned to OWASP standards
• Experience in internal and external network penetration testing, including Active Directory environments
• Proficiency in using industry-standard security testing tools for vulnerability assessment and exploitation
• Ability to analyze vulnerabilities, assess risk, and produce clear, actionable remediation reports
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working in global delivery models
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Industry-recognized certifications in cybersecurity or penetration testing (e.g., OSCP, CEH, GPEN, GWAPT or equivalent)
• Experience working in compliance-driven environments with a focus on security testing and assurance
• Familiarity with industry frameworks and methodologies such as OWASP, NIST, and PTES
• Exposure to cloud platforms, modern application architectures, and API ecosystems
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and contribute to broader security initiatives.
