The Role

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure Solution Architect to join our Professional Services team. In this role, you will partner with large enterprise financial institutions to design and deliver secure, scalable, and resilient Hybrid Cloud infrastructure solutions.

You will work closely with customers, project managers, technical consultants, and delivery teams to define infrastructure strategies, architect enterprise platforms, and support digital transformation initiatives across mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead infrastructure solution architecture for enterprise customers, with a primary focus on banking, insurance, and financial services.
• Design Hybrid Cloud solutions integrating on-premises infrastructure with public cloud platforms.
• Conduct customer workshops to understand business and technical requirements.
• Develop solution architecture, High-Level Design (HLD), Low-Level Design (LLD), migration plans, and implementation roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle from solution planning through implementation.
• Design highly available, scalable, secure, and disaster recovery-ready infrastructure platforms.
• Evaluate existing infrastructure and recommend modernization strategies.
• Collaborate with cloud engineers, infrastructure specialists, database administrators, middleware engineers, security teams, and project managers.
• Participate in technical proposals, customer presentations, and architecture reviews.
• Act as a trusted advisor for enterprise infrastructure transformation initiatives.

Who You Are

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 10 years of enterprise IT infrastructure experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture or Infrastructure Architecture.
• Experience delivering large-scale infrastructure projects for enterprise customers.
• Strong customer-facing consulting and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
